Description
The Bus Operator safely and efficiently operates buses for main-line service, special events, charters, and paratransit, while greeting passengers, monitoring fare collection, following schedules, reporting route problems, and completing required reports. The role requires a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with a Passenger endorsement, English communication, basic math, and the ability to perform the physical and safety-sensitive duties of transit driving. The position is based in the Operations Division of the Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority and pays $22.67 per hour in Year 1.
