Kohl’s is hiring a Store Supervisor to lead and coach associates in point-of-sale and customer-service operations. The role includes training staff, supporting store goals, maintaining inventory and merchandising standards, overseeing cash processes, preventing loss, monitoring safety and company policies, and managing opening and closing procedures. Candidates must be at least 18, have supervisory experience, and be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays; two years of retail or similar experience is preferred. Pay starts at $20.75.
