Kohl’s is hiring a Store Supervisor to lead and coach associates in point-of-sale and customer-service operations. The role includes training staff, supporting merchandising and inventory accuracy, overseeing cash processes, monitoring store activity and loss-prevention standards, using KPIs to drive store results, and maintaining safety and company policies. Candidates must be at least 18, have supervisory experience, and be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays; two years of retail or similar experience is preferred. Pay starts at $17.25.
