Description
Lowe’s is hiring a Delivery Coordinator to coordinate and support deliveries from beginning to end, track and account for merchandise, gather customer information, conduct safety reviews, and serve as the final reviewer of deliveries. The role may involve physical assistance with deliveries and system-based availability checks, and requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability. Applicants need at least six months of delivery or retail customer service experience, basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, and the ability to lift 25 pounds; retail experience, forklift or power equipment experience, and customer-order-follow-up experience are preferred.
