Chrysalis is hiring a part-time Direct Support Services Associate to support children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a host-home setting. The role involves teaching daily living skills, planning activities, supervising individuals, assisting with medication, completing documentation, communicating with families and providers, and taking clients into the community for activities such as parks, museums, movies, shopping, and dining. The position requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a passable criminal background check, LEIE compliance, controlled-substance testing, and English communication skills; applicants must be at least 20 years old. The hourly wage is $15.00–$17.75, with health, dental, life insurance, a 401K match, and paid time off.
