Description
Columbia Hospitality is hiring a full-time Engineer III for MARI in Bellevue, Washington. The role maintains and repairs the building’s physical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and other systems; troubleshoots equipment, performs preventive maintenance, completes work orders, supports contractors, and maintains safety and documentation standards. The position requires a high school education or equivalent, 3–5 years of maintenance experience or a relevant journeyman license or industry certification, and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and mechanical systems. Compensation is $36.00–$38.00 hourly, with medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, HSA/FSA, and other benefits.
