MLP Management, LLC is hiring a full-time Floating Maintenance Technician for Aventura at Mid Rivers and Aventura at Richmond. The role performs community maintenance, diagnoses and completes minor and routine repairs, executes preventative maintenance, prepares units for occupancy, manages maintenance supplies, and follows safety policies. Applicants need 3–5 years of maintenance experience, including at least three years in the multi-family industry, EPA Type I and II certification, make-ready and painting experience, a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and availability for on-call work. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with on-call rotation for after-hours and emergency calls.
