Description
The Order Picker/Fulfillment Associate picks, stages, inspects, and fulfills customer orders; validates orders, answers customer questions, and connects customers with appropriate associates. The role operates and maintains powered equipment, supports inventory accuracy through the Orders App and SIMS compliance, completes audits and locker-management tasks, and reports safety or theft concerns. Required qualifications include six months of computer and retail technology experience, plus certification for counterbalance forklift, order picker, and narrow-aisle reach-truck equipment.
