Reporting to the Park Manager, the role leads and supports front-office operations, supervises staff, manages check-in and check-out, coordinates holiday activities, drives sales and guest-satisfaction outcomes, and maintains site presentation, safety, payments, bookings, and issue logging. Candidates should have hospitality or tourism experience, Microsoft Office and booking-system skills, a valid Working with Children Check, and a current automatic driver’s license.
