Description
The Cashier provides customer service, processes sales, returns, and refunds, handles cash and register operations, bags merchandise, verifies product and price information, assists with customer orders, and supports store security and safety. The role also includes stocking register supplies, completing cash counts and reconciliations, monitoring merchandise movement, and responding to alarms. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience, less than one year of computer and retail technology experience, one year of retail cashier experience, and the ability to obtain required sales licensure or registration.
