The Lead Store Associate is a keyholder responsible for independently opening and closing the store when store management is absent, leading and supervising associates, stockers, and cashiers, maintaining merchandising and cash-handling standards, resolving customer and employee concerns, and supporting operational and loss-prevention goals.
