Description
The Loader supports customers and associates with locating, selecting, carrying, loading, staging, and fulfilling merchandise orders in a home improvement store. The role includes checkout and customer assistance, order accuracy, power equipment and store technology use, safety and security reporting, and maintaining clean work areas. Pro and Garden Center-specific duties include visible customer support, relationship building, Pro Rewards and Pro Credit enrollment, and safe vehicle loading. Required qualifications include six months of computer and retail technology experience and the ability to obtain required sales licensure or registration; preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, retail experience, prior loader experience, merchandising experience, and material-handling experience.
