Description
The Loader supports customers and associates with locating, selecting, carrying, loading, staging, and fulfilling merchandise orders in a Lowe’s home improvement store. The role includes checkout and fulfillment assistance, power equipment and store technology use, inventory replenishment, safety and security reporting, and customer service. Loader-specific duties include supporting Pro customers and repeat customers, maintaining Pro Standards, completing power equipment and spotter training, and loading vehicles safely and accurately. Required qualifications include six months of computer and retail technology experience and the ability to obtain required sales licensure or registration; preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, retail experience, prior loader experience, merchandising experience, and vehicle-loading experience.
