Description
Kohl’s is hiring a Loss Prevention Supervisor to improve profitability by reducing external theft, investigating internal theft, controlling operational shortages, conducting audits and security inspections, and building partnerships with store and company leaders, law enforcement, and local networks. The role also recruits and trains Loss Prevention Associates, supervises Loss Prevention Officers and Service Specialists in select locations, maintains customer service awareness, and may represent Kohl’s in legal proceedings. Prior loss prevention, security, law enforcement, or retail experience is preferred, along with knowledge of surveillance and CCTV systems.
