Description
The Security Guard performs physical security, product protection, store patrols, incident response, de-escalation, customer service, theft apprehension, incident reporting, and coordination with law enforcement at a Lowe’s location. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of relevant retail, security, first-responder, or military experience, and a state-issued driver’s license; preferred qualifications include a related bachelor’s degree, additional security experience, incident-reporting and physical-security-system experience, a security guard license, first-aid certification, and de-escalation training.
