The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville is hiring a full-time Maintenance Engineering Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and emergency response across guestrooms, public areas, restaurants, meeting spaces, offices, and back-of-house areas. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, mechanical, building systems, cosmetic repairs, carpentry, and equipment maintenance, with coordination across hotel departments and adherence to safety and Marriott brand standards. Previous hotel or facilities maintenance experience is preferred, along with relevant trade certifications and strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.
