(Full-Time): Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collection Manager (Journeyman Level) – Fort Belvoir, Virginia at Hoplite Group

Hoplite Group is hiring a Journeyman-level Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collection Manager in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, to begin full-time work on 1 October 2026. The role coordinates OSINT collection priorities and taskings, translates intelligence requirements into collection tasks, monitors collection-management systems, evaluates OSINT products, and supports Army, interagency, and mission-partner intelligence operations. It requires an active TS/SCI security clearance, a bachelor’s degree, at least six years of Defense or Intelligence Community intelligence-support experience, and extensive OSINT, intelligence-cycle, and U.S. military or Intelligence Community experience.
