Connecting to Greatness is hiring full-time psychotherapists to join its expanding group practice in Leominster. The role offers a stable referral base, professional development, clinical consultation, case discussions, paid sick leave, and support for future practice establishment. Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts license, have a master's or doctorate, commit to 40 hours per week, and have at least one year of post-independent licensure; BCBS or Optum credentialing and private-practice experience are advantageous. The schedule is Monday–Tuesday in the office and Wednesday–Friday working from home, with compensation of $74,000–$80,520 per year.
