The role involves delivering age-appropriate learning experiences, supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, maintaining classroom safety and organization, and collaborating with co-workers and administration. Candidates should have knowledge of child development and early childhood education, strong communication and instructional skills, and the ability to guide children's behavior; required background checks and ECD 101 completion or willingness to complete the course within six months are also required.
