Description
Lowe's is hiring Customer Service Associates to welcome shoppers, answer questions, help customers locate and select home-improvement products, process orders and deliveries, replenish merchandise, prepare products, and guide customers through shopping or checkout. The role may be assigned to departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, or Pro Services and may require occasional travel. Applicants need computer and retail technology experience, basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, and the ability to stand, sit, and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted; retail and customer-service experience, bilingual skills, and trade certification are preferred.
