The role involves customer service, product expertise, project estimates, installer scheduling, order and installation tracking, inventory monitoring, pricing reviews, checkout support, and associate training. It may be assigned to departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, or Windows & Walls, and may require occasional travel. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, relevant customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience, basic arithmetic and physical ability, and applicable sales licensure or registration.
