Description
The Lift Operator Lead assists the Lift Operations Supervisor in supervising ski lift operations, lift operators, safety, customer service, emergency procedures, and daily resort operations. The role includes opening and closing procedures, ramp and lift-shack maintenance, incident reporting, coordination with maintenance and other departments, and occasional Manager On Duty responsibilities. It is a seasonal full-time position from October 14, 2026, through April 14, 2027, at Marquette Mountain Resort in Marquette, Michigan, with a stated salary of $14.00 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other insurance coverage.
