Description
The Store Manager – The Point, El Segundo leads day-to-day retail operations, sales performance, customer service, inventory, visual merchandising, scheduling, and team development. The role reports to the Sr. Retail Operations Manager and oversees Key Holders and Sales Associates, with responsibilities including recruiting, coaching, KPI analysis, safety compliance, budgeting, and brand initiatives. The position requires at least three years of experience at the store-manager level, strong sales and customer-service skills, proficiency with Windows-based software, and experience with scheduling and time and attendance.
