ALDI is hiring a full-time Store Manager Trainee to gain hands-on leadership experience while running a store. The role combines store operations, staffing, scheduling, customer service, compliance, merchandising, and team development with active participation in stocking and other operational tasks. Trainees work approximately 45 hours per week, start at $33.50 per hour, and may train at multiple locations while traveling within divisional requirements. The position requires at least 18 years of age, prior retail and management experience, and offers medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
