Description
The Merchandising Supervisor leads retail associates in executing store merchandising, visual presentation, product replenishment, pricing, recovery, and customer service. The role includes coaching and training associates, supporting operations and loss prevention, monitoring store activity, and using KPIs to support store results. Kohl’s requires applicants to be at least 18, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays; two years of retail or similar experience and team-supervision experience are preferred. Pay starts at $19.50.
