Description
The Merchandising Supervisor leads retail associates in executing store merchandising, visual presentation, product replenishment, pricing, recovery, and brand-standard training. The role also supports operations, loss prevention, customer service, safety, and store-opening and closing processes, while coaching associates and using KPIs to support store results. Applicants must be at least 18, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays; two years of retail or similar experience and team-supervision experience are preferred. Pay starts at $18.10.
