Hilltop is hiring a full-time Substitute Educator / Program Support employee to provide flexible coverage across infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age classrooms and other program areas. The role includes classroom teaching, active supervision, routine caregiving, occasional kitchen and limited office support, and transition between assignments throughout the workday. It is a 40-hour-per-week, hourly, non-exempt position paying $26.00–$28.80 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement matching, and discounted childcare tuition.
