Kohl’s is hiring a Visual Merchandising Lead to support store leadership with visual merchandising planning and execution, maintain merchandise presentations, oversee installations and capital projects, conduct store walks, partner with the District Visual Lead, protect product availability, assist with associate onboarding, and support customers. The role requires strong communication, flexible availability, and limited travel for new store openings; retail or service industry experience is preferred. The pay range is $20.00 to $31.40, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and life events programs.
