ALDI is hiring a full-time Outbound (Shipping) Warehouse Associate for its 1st-shift warehouse, starting at 7 a.m. The role receives and selects product, moves merchandise, sorts and loads shipments, performs inventory counts, maintains warehouse standards, and operates powered industrial equipment. Schedules include A1, A2, B, and C, with pay ranging from $22.25 to $28.25 per hour depending on schedule and shift differential. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the position requires physical work involving lifting up to 45 pounds, standing, bending, and operating equipment in varying temperatures.
