ALDI is hiring a full-time Outbound (Shipping) Warehouse Associate for a 1st-shift schedule. The role receives or selects stock, moves merchandise, sorts and loads products for shipment, performs inventory counts, maintains warehouse standards, inspects product quality and safety, and operates industrial equipment. Schedules include A1, A2, B, C, and D, with starting wages of $21.50 to $27.50 per hour and year-one pay scales ranging from $21.50 to $28.25 depending on the schedule. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the role requires physical activity including lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered equipment.
