ALDI is hiring a full-time 2nd-shift Outbound (Shipping) Warehouse Associate. The role receives or selects stock, moves merchandise, sorts and loads products for shipment, performs inventory counts, cleans the warehouse, inspects product quality and safety, and operates industrial equipment. Schedules include rotating weekend or weekday patterns, with starting wages of $23.25–$27.25 per hour and year-one pay of $25.25–$27.25 depending on schedule. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; the role requires physical lifting, warehouse movement, and the ability to operate powered equipment.
