ApTask is hiring an AI Research Scientist to develop and scale AI foundation models and deep-learning solutions using open-source tools and cloud platforms. The role involves research, model training and optimization, self-supervised learning, robustness, explainability, RLHF, and delivery of libraries, platform-level, or solution-level code. Candidates need a PhD or an M.S. plus two years of applied research experience, along with a track record of high-quality machine-learning ideas and autonomous research projects. The stated rate range is $30-$45 per hour.
