Description
RCA is hiring a Fullstack Developer to lead the SaaSification of its client on-premise software. The role involves designing and setting up a Python web API stack, establishing hexagonal and DDD architecture standards, developing REST APIs with FastAPI, building the frontend in Angular, and maintaining code quality through reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration. The position requires at least five years of backend Python development experience, strong Python and Angular/TypeScript skills, TDD knowledge, and the ability to teach and guide a growing team. It is a permanent contract based in Saint-Herblain, with proposed compensation of €50,000–€60,000 plus benefits and limited remote work.
