The role combines hands-on full-stack development with .NET, React, Python, SQL Server, NoSQL, RESTful APIs, and Azure PaaS, while guiding developers, ensuring code quality and performance, implementing secure cloud components, managing integrations, and supporting releases and production troubleshooting. Candidates need 6–8 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior developer role, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
