AlayaCare is hiring a Fullstack Developer (Python) to join its Product team and build high-quality, performant features for its SaaS application. The role focuses on software design, coding, testing, debugging, production monitoring, code reviews, technical roadmaps, automated testing, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or a related field, 1–2+ years of professional software engineering experience, Python development experience, and familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, Vue.js, databases, SQL, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms. The position is based in Montreal and follows a hybrid model with two in-office collaboration days per week.
