Lightning AI is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join their team. This role involves developing and scaling the Lightning AI platform across various aspects like frontend, CLI, APIs, and core backend systems. The successful candidate will own key features, collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams, and ensure high-quality iterative improvements. They will also focus on improving system stability, increasing performance, setting technical directions, documenting architecture, maintaining software quality, implementing automation, driving continuous delivery, reducing technical debt, and mentoring junior engineers.
