Description

Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise application systems. The role combines technical leadership, systems analysis, programming, project management, cross-functional collaboration, risk and compliance oversight, and mentorship of mid-level developers. It requires extensive enterprise application, integration, middleware, distributed systems, Java, cloud, DevOps, and AI-assisted development experience, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or university degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of progressive experience in system analysis, programming, and designing/developing large-scale enterprise applications
5+ years in enterprise integration, middleware, and distributed systems
Proven ability to lead and manage successful projects and serve as a subject matter expert in at least one application development area
Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and autonomous software engineering agents
Extensive hands-on experience with Agentic AI, autonomous development workflows, AI-assisted debugging and testing, and agent orchestration
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-native integration, microservices, and Agile/Scrum
Exposure to observability, tracing, and performance tuning
Strong documentation and technical design writing skills
Experience with Python and Java, backend frameworks, modern JavaScript frontend frameworks, and scalable cloud-native applications
Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, agent workflows, vector search, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and MLflow
