Motorola Solutions is hiring an experienced software engineer to build and scale frontend and backend systems for Calipsa, a cloud-based CCTV monitoring platform. The role involves designing efficient architectures, handling high traffic and concurrency, solving performance issues, and guiding product decisions and the engineering roadmap. The position requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, advanced TypeScript and Node.js proficiency, frontend experience with Vue.js or React, backend pipeline ownership, OpenAPI expertise, and strong teamwork; cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and distributed remote work are desired.
