PSI is hiring a Full Stack Developer for full-time permanent employment based in Estonia. The role involves architecting, developing, and maintaining business applications for internal clients, supporting existing IT systems, preparing documentation, testing and reviewing code, and tracking development tasks. The position focuses on desktop WinForms/Blazor hybrid applications and requires strong C#, .NET 8+, Transact-SQL, SQL, software testing, debugging, communication, and English proficiency. Experience with Blazor, DevExpress, web applications, and unit testing is preferred.
