Counsel Health is hiring a fullstack software engineer to build and ship AI-powered healthcare products and platforms. The role owns product initiatives, collaborates with product, clinical, commercial, and ML research teams, and develops web, mobile, data infrastructure, and AI/MLOps capabilities. Responsibilities include improving physician-facing care platforms, integrating AI tools, and building enterprise integrations with EMRs, health plans, and health information exchanges. The position is hybrid in New York City and Boston and requires at least two years of professional experience, startup product-building experience, and proficiency with React, TypeScript, Next.js, React Native, Postgres, Supabase, Tailwind, and AWS.
