McMaster-Carr is hiring a fullstack software engineer to build and scale customer-facing and internal platforms across its e-commerce and industrial platform domains, including AI assistance, product navigation, ordering, merchandising, and fulfillment systems. The role requires 4+ years of fullstack or backend software engineering experience, strong systems design and code quality skills, and experience with production systems, testing, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The position offers total cash compensation of approximately $235,000 to $310,000, profit sharing, relocation and signing bonuses, and medical, dental, pharmacy, and vision plans with no monthly premiums.
