Conga is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer II, Rebates in Houston, Texas, on a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office. The role owns end-to-end features for the Rebates platform, including React and TypeScript frontends, Java backend services, REST APIs, SQL and document data, accrual workflows, testing, production troubleshooting, and deployment and observability improvements. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend systems, with strong Java, React, TypeScript, SQL, API design, and automated testing skills; AI-assisted development experience is preferred. The position offers a U.S. base salary range of $97,620 to $156,190 USD plus variable incentive pay and medical and dental insurance.
