Description
Alan is hiring a Product Engineer for its Ops AI Platform, which enables internal operations teams to create, evolve, monitor, and evaluate autonomous AI agents. The role combines product engineering and machine learning engineering, focusing on LLMs, tool calling, human-in-the-loop systems, internal-tool UX, multi-agent architectures, safety, evaluation, and scalable production deployment. The engineer will shape the platform architecture, implement agent capabilities, mentor engineers, and help build the team. The role targets the D-F level and is open to candidates in France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, with flexible office, remote, or hybrid work options.
