Description
The Team Lead will lead an engineering team delivering scalable, high-quality, reliable solutions for playCONNECT’s products and platform capabilities. The role combines technical leadership, sprint delivery and Agile execution, stakeholder alignment, AI-augmented engineering practices, team mentoring, architectural strategy, documentation, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, including one year leading engineering teams across the full technology stack, along with broad frontend and backend architecture expertise.
