Description

FDJ UNITED is hiring a Fullstack Tech Lead for Nirio Payment Services, a subsidiary of the FDJ UNITED Group. The role leads a squad of backend, frontend, or fullstack developers and a PM/PO, defines architecture and technical standards, delivers features in a financial ecosystem, and oversees production releases. The technology stack includes JavaScript, TypeScript, NestJS, GraphQL, React Native, Postgres, Prisma, GitLab CI, and cloud environments. The position reports to the CTO and offers a fixed salary paid over 13 months, variable compensation, profit-sharing, and incentive bonuses.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 to 8 years of fullstack development experience
At least 2 years in a Lead or Tech Lead role

Preferred Qualifications: Appreciation for development best practices, including testing, security, and documentation
Understanding of financial-system technologies and processes, including banking-as-a-service, core banking, secure authentication, or mobile wallets
Experience with cloud environments, ideally GCP, and CI/CD tools
