Description
The Fullstack Web Development Course Instructor is a part-time, work-from-home instructor for BYU Pathway Worldwide, teaching and mentoring students in backend and fullstack web development courses. The role involves delivering instruction, responding to student questions, supporting learning through virtual communication, conducting outreach, and tracking student progress, while not developing lessons or grading assignments. It requires a completed bachelor’s degree, at least three years of work experience, English and Portuguese fluency, and experience with Node.js, React, relational and NoSQL databases, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and GitHub. The position is scheduled for 10–12 hours per week, with at least five days worked each week and periodic team meetings.
