AO is hiring Remote Client Service Representatives to work 100% remotely for United States residents. The role involves meeting clients virtually, answering questions about benefits and coverage, explaining products, assisting with applications and policy updates, providing follow-up service, maintaining client records, and building long-term relationships. Training, coaching, and professional development are provided, and the opportunity is commission-based and performance-driven rather than hourly or salaried. Candidates must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the United States, located within the United States, and have a computer, internet, webcam, microphone, and quiet workspace; insurance experience is not required, but a state Life & Health Insurance License is needed before conducting licensed insurance activities.
