Bosch is hiring a Powertrain Control Engineer in Turin to calibrate, validate, and optimize powertrain control functions on the RB control unit in real-world environments. The role supports AI model training, diagnostic and validation activities, test-bench and vehicle testing, customer fleet operations, OEM integration, and technical issue resolution, while serving as a technical interface among development teams, stakeholders, and customers. A master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, knowledge of combustion engines and powertrain systems, intermediate programming skills, and willingness to travel approximately 30% are required; Python knowledge and Italian are preferred. The gross annual salary is €30,000–€40,000 for a 40-hour work week, with a performance-related bonus and additional benefits.
