Description

XCENT, a division of Centric, is seeking a Municipal Functional Administrator to manage and optimize municipal applications for public-sector clients. The role involves translating technical possibilities into practical solutions, providing management advice, efficiently configuring applications, performing quality checks, and resolving incidents. The successful candidate will be deployed at various government institutions in the Netherlands, offering extensive training and development opportunities.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: relevant work experience in the same function within the government sector
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of applications within municipalities, provinces, and/or water boards, from well-known software vendors, for example Centric, AFAS, PinkRoccade, or GouwIT.
Experience and knowledge in Civil Affairs, Taxation, Finance, Social Domain, or Physical Domain.
Fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
A critical mindset to contribute to process improvement, whether asked or not.
Communication skills, flexibility, and a customer-service oriented attitude.
In possession of driving license category B.
