FedNot, a division of Fednot, is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join their ICT service unit. This permanent position involves mapping functional requirements, writing user stories, facilitating estimation and planning sessions, acting as a single point of contact for functional questions, validating developments, and ensuring clear communication within the IT product team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, practical knowledge of UML/BPMN, and proficiency in Agile Scrum/Kanban methods. They should also possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and be ready to learn and grow within the company. The role is hybrid, requiring 40% office time and 60% homeworking, and is located in Brussels, near the Saint Michel & Gudule Cathedral.
